Descrizione:
Un folle assassino che semina il terrore nelle notti buie di una caotica New York. Il suo nome è Frank Zito, apparentemente un uomo come tanti, che però dopo il tramonto si prepara a uscire per adescare le sue vittime, prevalentemente prostitute o coppie di fidanzatini. Frank non si accontenta del semplice gesto omicida, ma esegue truci scalpi sulle vittime con cui poi addobba i macabri manichini sparsi nel suo rifugio.
