Le signore Calloway, Maggie e Grace, sono tre mucche coraggiose decise a difendere la loro fattoria dalle grinfie di Alameda Slim, un pericoloso fuorilegge che ha deciso di mettere le mani sulla proprietà della dolce Pearl chiamata 'Angolo di Paradiso', su cui pende un'ipoteca di 1000 dollari. Con l'aiuto di Buck, uno stallone campione di karatè, del coniglio Lucky Jack - capo del gruppo, cuoco e sciamano - e tre porcellini iperattivi e pronti a combattere, le tre indomite mucche vivono una serie di avventure nel selvaggio West per riuscire a recuperare il denaro sufficiente a riscattare l'ipoteca.
