Descrizione:
Driver (non ha un nome) ha più di un lavoro. È un esperto meccanico in una piccola officina. Fa lo stuntmen per riprese automobilistiche e accompagna rapinatori sul luogo del delitto garantendo loro una fuga a tempo di record. Ora Driver avrebbe anche una nuova opportunità : correre in circuiti professionistici. Ma le cose vanno diversamente. Driver conosce e si innamora di Irene, una vicina di casa, e diventa amico di suo figlio Benicio. Irene però è sposata e quando il marito, Standard, esce dal carcere la situazione precipita. Perché Standard ha dei debiti con dei criminali i quali minacciano la sua famiglia. Driver decide allora di fargli da autista per il colpo che dovrebbe sistemare la situazione. Le cose però non vanno come previsto.
