Descrizione:
Una ragazza, cui è stato trapiantato il cuore di un uomo perito in un incidente, muore poiché qualcuno ha rubato, dalla clinica in cui è avvenuta l'operazione, un prezioso farmaco antirigetto. Autore del furto, sul quale indaga inutilmente un giornalista, fratello della giovane deceduta, è il dottor Frankenstein, che nel suo laboratorio segreto ha costruito, con le membra di alcune donne da lui stesso uccise, un uomo artificiale, cui ha dato il nome di Mosaico. Completata con gli attributi virili del direttore della clinica; (ultima vittima di Frankenstein), la mostruosa creatura va a caccia di donne che poi uccide regolarmente, finché posa gli occhi sulla giovane nipote del suo folle creatore. Nel tentativo di fermarlo, Frankenstein viene ucciso da Mosaico, che riesce anche a sottrarsi con la fuga all'arrivo della polizia, finalmente condotta sulle sue tracce dal giornalista. Quarantotto ore dopo, però, terminati gli effetti del farmaco antirigetto, Mosaico muore proprio mentre sta per uccidere la nipote di Frankenstein.
