In uno scontro tra gli uomini dell'FBI e una squadraccia di naziskin, muore il figlio del mafioso Serlano che rapisce il figlio di un agente: glielo restituirà in cambio di un boss della mafia, da poco arrestato, presunto mandante dell'omicidio. 1ª regia di F.A. Cappello, anche sceneggiatore; 2° film americano del neozelandese R. Crowe, approdato a Hollywood nel 1995. Film d'azione violenta a basso costo sgangherato, ma nella 2ª parte alleggerito da una sottile vena autoironica. Da noi distribuito soltanto in homevideo.
