Arrivata a Detroit per un colloquio, una giovane donna prenota una casa in in affitto. Ma arriva tardi la sera e scopre che la casa è stata prenotata due volte e uno strano uomo è già lì. Contro ogni buonsenso, decide di passare lì la sera, ma presto scopre che c'è molto più da temere che un ospite inaspettato della casa.
